It does not provide details on pre-arrival testing requirements, forms, and other common requirements for entry that are not major blockers for most trips.

Information provided below is for vaccinated travelers, which generally have the fewest restrictions to navigate.

  • Anguilla – Passengers AND CREW must be fully-vaccinated. Must apply at https://www.ivisitanguilla.com to receive an approval certificate from the Chief Medical Officer. Pre- and on-arrival testing required. Quarantine 24 hours until result is known. If negative, you are free to move about island. Travelers may be required to test on day 4 if staying more than 8 days.
  • Antigua and Barbuda – Open. See official website for details.
  • Aruba – Open. Proof of vaccination no longer required. Aruba’s Digital Embarkation-Disembarkation Card (ED card) and health insurance are required. Full details on entry requirements can be found here.
  • Bahamas – Open. Health insurance is required. More info at the Office of the Prime Minister and Reopen Bahamas.
  • Barbados – Open. Travelers may be selected for randomized test on arrival. See details online.
  • Bermuda – Open.
  • Bonaire – Open. Travelers to Saba will still require testing on day 4 after arrival, regardless of vaccination status.
  • British Virgin Islands (BVI) – Open. Rapid antigen test on arrival. See latest entry requirements.
  • Cayman Islands – Open. NOTE: Paper CDC cards not considered verifiable, so quarantine still required. See website for more details.
  • Cuba – Certain parts of country are open for tourism. May be subject to post-arrival testing at random. U.S. sanctions still apply.
  • Curacao – Open.

  • Turks and Caicos – Open. All travelers, including crew staying more than 24 hours, are required to obtain a TCI Assure Travel Authorization at least 24 hours prior to boarding, and have travel insurance.
